Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information E2EFS collects, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It covers two things: this website, e2efs.com, and the E2EFS operations portal at e2efs.com/ops.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Who we are
E2EFS (End-to-End Freight Solutions) is a freight forwarding and logistics company. We are the controller of the information described below. You can reach us at any time about this policy at operations@e2efs.com.
This website (e2efs.com)
You can read every public page on this site without giving us any information and without signing in.
The one place the public site collects anything is the contact form on /contact. It asks for your company, email address, subject, and message, and optionally your name and phone number. When you submit it, those fields are emailed to operations@e2efs.com so that a person can reply to you. The submission is not written to a database and is not added to a mailing list.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no visitor-measurement scripts.
The operations portal (e2efs.com/ops)
The portal is a private tool for E2EFS staff and for the client, vendor, and partner organizations we invite into it. It is not open to the public, and creating an account does not by itself grant access to anything: access is denied by default and is granted only by invitation to a specific organization.
Signing in
We use Clerk to handle sign-in. You can sign in with an email address and password, or with a Google account.
If you choose Google, we request three permissions and nothing more: openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile. In plain terms, that gives us your email address and your basic profile (name and profile picture) so we can identify your account. We do not request and cannot read your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or Contacts. You can revoke this at any time from your Google account's security settings.
What we store about your account
For each portal user we keep one record containing:
- your user identifier from Clerk
- your email address
- your name, if your sign-in provided one
- your role in the portal, and whether the account is active
- the date the record was created
- your display preferences, such as the theme you picked
Activity records
The portal keeps an audit record of operational actions — for example that a particular order changed status, who made the change, the role they held at the time, and when. This exists so that a change to a shipment, an order, or an approval can be traced back. We do not use these records for advertising or profiling.
Business records entered by users
Authorized users enter business information needed to move freight — company names and addresses, business contact names, email addresses and phone numbers, shipment and inventory details, and documents such as invoices and packing lists. This information belongs to the organization that entered it and is visible only to that organization and to E2EFS staff who need it to perform the work.
Cookies
When you sign in to the portal, Clerk sets a session cookie so that you stay signed in as you move between pages. That cookie is required for the portal to work.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies on either the public site or the portal.
Service providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of our product, and only so they can provide that service to us:
- Clerk — authentication and session management for the portal
- Supabase — the database that holds portal records
- Resend — delivery of the contact-form email
- Vercel — hosting for this website and the portal
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, such as customs or regulatory filings that are part of moving a shipment, or a lawful request from an authority.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages live in our email, and we keep them as long as the inquiry or the relationship is active. Portal account records and operational records are kept for as long as the organization uses the portal, and afterward for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, customs, and other legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For a portal account, deletion removes the account record; operational and audit records that we are required to keep, or that belong to the organization you worked in, may remain. Write to operations@e2efs.com and we will respond.
If you signed in with Google, you can disconnect E2EFS from your Google account at any time in your Google security settings. You will then need to sign in with an email address and password instead.
Security
Access to the portal requires a signed-in account and an explicit invitation to an organization. Traffic to this site and the portal is encrypted in transit. Only the E2EFS staff who need access to operational data have it.
Children
This is a business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The date above is the date of the current version.
